Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders

CCMA acknowledges the power of young individuals to foster positive change. The association actively promotes and supports initiatives led by youth that enhance cross-cultural understanding. By organizing cultural exchange events and spearheading awareness campaigns, the Youth department at CCMA plays a pivotal role in building an inclusive community

The Youth Engagement Worker works alongside newcomer youth in Charlotte County to create a variety of programs and activities aimed at helping them develop new and existing skills, forge new friendships, and foster a sense of connection to their community.

CCMA hosts lively cultural celebrations led by youth all year round. The younger generation contributes innovative ideas and enthusiasm, adding a contemporary and dynamic touch to these events.

Involving the youth the Charlotte County Multicultural Association goes beyond mere participation; it’s about cultivating responsibility and leadership. By the younger generation to engage in initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, CCMA is laying the groundwork for a more cohesive and united. As these young leaders bring their enthusiasm, creativity, and vigor, the association can anticipate a future where the principles of multiculturalism are not only accepted but also celebrated by everyone.
