Intake and Referral 


Once you are registered with us, we like to meet either in person or over the phone to understand your unique settlement needs. If there are services we are not able to personally provide we try to make a referral to someone in the community. 


We want to ensure that newcomers have timely, useful and accurate information needed to make informed settlement decisions


We also spend time with you to help you oriente yourself to life in a new country and to ensure that newcomers understand life in Canada including laws, rights, responsibilities and how to access community resources.
